If you receive an item with a defect or deficiency, or if defects arise on your item, you are covered by a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
The right of complaint covers defects and deficiencies that were present upon delivery or arise within the complaint period. It does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect use, incorrect washing, or damage that occurred after receipt.
How to file a complaint:

- Attach a photo or video clearly showing the deficiency
- We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible. For approved complaints, we pay for the return shipping.
