Here is how you do it step by step:
- Go to our return portal: 👉 here
- Enter your email and your order number
- Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason
- Select Other options and choose either Refund to gift card or Refund to payment card.
- Once the return is registered, you will receive an email with a return label. Pack the return securely and in the original packaging, and keep the receipt as proof of delivery of the package. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the hangtag must not be broken.
A return label costs €7.95, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. If you choose a gift card, no return fee will be charged.
The return package must be submitted within 7 days after the return is created. If the package is submitted later, the amount will be automatically refunded as a gift card.
