You have up to 100 days from the receipt of your order to choose an exchange for a gift card.
Here is how to do it:
- Go to our return portal: 👉 here
- Enter your email and your order number
- Select Return/other product and reason.
- Select Other options and Refund to gift card.
- Once the return is registered, you will receive an email with a returnlabel. Pack the return securely and in the original packaging and keep the receipt as proof of delivery of the package. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the hangtag must not be broken.
You will receive your gift card directly by email as soon as we have received and processed your return package. The gift card must be used within 2 years from the date of issue and can be used on all products in the webshop.
