Once your return package is received at our warehouse, it will be processed as quickly as possible - typically within 1-2 days.
Your exchange order will only be sent out once the return has been received and approved. You can therefore expect an exchange to take approximately 4–6 business days in total from shipment to receipt, depending on the shipping company and volume.
A refund typically takes 5–10 business days from the time we have received and processed your return package until the money is credited back to the payment method used when ordering. If you have chosen a gift card as the refund method, the gift card will be sent to you via email as soon as the return is approved.
