We offer a 100-day exchange option, where you can freely exchange your item as long as it has not been used and the hangtag is still intact.
How to create your exchange:
1. Go to our return portal: 👉 here
2. Enter your email and your order number
3. Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason
4. Choose whether you want to exchange for the same item in a different size or a different model, and then select the new size/model.
5. Pay the exchange fee (+ any price difference) to complete the exchange.
6. Once the exchange is registered, you will receive an email with a returnlabel. Pack the return item securely and in its original packaging. Keep the receipt as proof of delivery of the package.
An exchange costs €4.95, which covers the return shipping. We naturally pay the shipping for the new item sent to you. Once we have received your return item, we process and send the new item, usually within 1-2 business days.
