You have a 14-day right of return, which starts from the day you receive your original order. This means we must be notified of your return - either via the return portal or by email - within this period.
After 14 days, you can no longer get your money back, but you can still exchange your purchase for another size, model, or receive a gift card for up to 100 days.

If you have created an exchange for your order, the return deadline from the original order still applies.
Once your return or exchange is created, the return package must be sent to us within 7 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and hangtags must not be broken.
