- We offer a 14-day return policy on your order, which starts from the day you receive the full order. We must be notified of your desired return - either via the return portal or by email - within this period.
- We offer a 100-day exchange policy on your order, which starts from the day you receive the full order. Within this period, you can exchange your purchase for another size or model, or for a gift card.
- A return fee of €7.95 (+ any surcharge for extra weight) is deducted for each returned order. The final return fee will be visible in the return portal before you approve the return. It is not possible to return multiple orders together.
- For exchanges, a fee of €4.95 is charged. We pay the shipping for the exchange order.
- If you have created an exchange, the return period is still calculated from the date you received the original order, as the exchange order is not a new separate order, but a modification of the original order.
- If you return 5 or more items, a climate fee of €2 per extra item is applied.
- If you regret your purchase and return the entire order within the withdrawal period, any shipping fees on the order will also be refunded.
- All returned items must be in original condition. Original condition means that all labels and hangtags must be intact, the item must not have been used beyond being tried on, and must not have been washed. Therefore, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
- If your returned item does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce your refund. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.
