If your package is not picked up from the parcel shop, or you refuse delivery of the package (e.g., if you have regretted the purchase), it will be automatically sent back to us, and you will be refunded for the order.
Since we still pay for both shipping and handling on returned orders, we charge a handling fee of 1€12.95. This only applies if you do not pick up your package, or actively refuse delivery, without notifying us in advance — not for standard returns via the return portal.
